UM heads into deepest summer with Turkish producer Yigit Atilla returning to the label after his impressive debut on nUMusic Vol.3. The EP opens with the first of two originals. Cornerstone has a dark and deep mood layered with a spoken vocal and a throbbing late night cut. Remixes come from Meloder (Pole Position, Spirit Soul Records) dropping a spacey techy rework that dramatically twists and turns in epic style adding a tougher edge to the UM sound and Tim Andresen (What Happens, Ready Mix Records) returns to UM with his classic summer sounding carnival-esque take on Cornerstone. Creating a rolling mood that just begs to be played on the summer terraces. Wrapping things up in Yigit’s second original, Colours And Textures, a mellow sounding jazzy keyed track that bristles with summer moods and some serious depth.
