André Lodemann needs little introduction. The German DJ, composer, producer and label-founder specialises in deep house and tech house. His early musical influences came from jazz, funk, soul, rock and electronic music, including François Kevorkian, Masters At Work, Kerri Chandler, Brian Eno and more.

He began composing and producing in 2001 with his first release on the Detroit-based Label "Moods N' Grooves" in 2004. He founded the independent music label Best Works Records (BWR) in 2009. As a remixer he’s worked with big names such as Omar, Tracey Thorn, Black Coffee. His biggest releases include works on the influential imprints DFTD and Innervisions.
