Da Funk
Switzerland's Da Funk is the man behind Acryl Music, one of my personal favourites. From illegal parties around Winterthur to big parties in Zurich and onto the Ibiza in 97, Da Funk's DJ career laid the foundations for him producing and later starting his own label in 2004. His trademark melodic tracks have graced a who's who of dance music labels, from Plastic City to iRecords, Alma Soul Music and UM Records with his remix of Thomas Dieckmann featuring in our Beatport best sellers since release back in June 2012.
