F Communications | Label Profile

 

In the early 2000’s French house took off. And labels such as F Communications quickly established themselves as top quality music factories! F Communications was founded in 1994 by Eric Morand and Laurent Garnier.

 

Also known as FCom, the Paris based label’s most notable releases were the albums "Shot in the Dark" by Laurent Garnier and "Boulevard" by Saint Germain. Although their Mega Soft Office series was a personal favourite and tracks from artists including Nova Nova, Llorca, Mr Oizo, Vince Watson, Jori Hulkkonen, Alexkid, and St Germain made the label one you had to hear.

 

The label ceases releasing music in 2008 but it’s legacy lives on.
