Lele X aka Malele Riba Dj is a DJ /Producer from Polokwane, South Africa. He began his music journey in production at just 16 years of age and hasn’t looked back since. His early influences are quoted as Andy Compton, Raw Artistic Soul, Kojo Akusa and Ezel & Darque.

He began producing Afro/Tribal House before maturing into a deeper, soulful house direction with help and guidance from his brother. 2 years later he met Kojo Akusa & Darque who introduced him to contacts within in the music industry and further refined his sound.

Lele X released his first single titled ‘Keep Dreaming’ featuring Guest Of Nature From the UK In 2010, which got plenty of attention in charts international and in his homeland, South African.

He has featured on labels such as Kolour Recordings, Smooth Agent Records Africa and his own label RIBA ent. which also runs events for Lele X, the company info reads “Founded by Lele X, real name “Malele Riba” has passion and love for music as an art aiming to serve only the best craft. Inspired by his surname “RIBA” which means river “water” An earth element & an element of life, Pure!”
