Jay Tripwire’s craft was forged in the vinyl days and boasts a 25 year plus career of releases and touring the world. His sets deviate from the norm and as a DJ he encompasses a very wide range of underground music. His releases feature on SuperFreq, Bass Culture, Akbal, Poker Flat, Elevate, Nordic Trax, Tonality, Conya, Zombie Soundsystem, Nosi, Dialtone, Supernature, Hypercolour, 1trax, Sublevel and many more. Witching Hour is a new project, a vinyl only label and a series of branded parties at Vancouver’s legendary Gorgomish nightclub. Jay plays the full night and takes the listener on an extended journey via one of North Americas best sound systems. Gorgomish has been his long term residency for over over 15 years, since the clubs inception.
